Through the guide you can find out about healthcare providers, costs, and all aspects of your healthcare. You can login with your personal number to the website; then you can see and manage your appointments and prescriptions. 

The government also maintains the health advice phone line 1177, which is open around the clock. By calling it you can either find out general information, or be connected to a nurse and talk about your particular case. You do not need a personal number to call 1177.
